Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (Overtime Available)

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC/R systems

Clearly explain options and recommendations to customers

Complete approved repairs and installs to top industry standards

Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

Participate in company meetings, training, and service updates
What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in residential HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

Skilled in brazing, soldering, and standard HVAC/R practices

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA certification and refrigeration license (preferred)

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
