Job Title: Journeyman Plumber
Compensation: $30–$35/hr (based on experience) plus bonus and commissions
Location: Temple, Texas

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings

Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions

Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and respect

Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain company standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience

Journeyman Plumber License (or ability to obtain where required)

Strong technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in a variety of weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
