Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to OSHA standards, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload tires from containers as they arrive, and stack and place tires on racks.
Assist in order pulling and staging orders for pickups or shipping.
Help load containers with orders for shipping.
Assist local customers in loading their pickup orders when needed.
Maintain general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Follow safety procedures and use fall protection when working at heights.

Required Competencies:

Knowledge of driving a sit-down forklift and maneuvering equipment in tight spaces.
Ability to count items accurately and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50–60 pounds, walking throughout the day, and performing physical work at heights.

Certifications:

Forklift Certification required.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
