What is a Hero Tech?
Hero Tech is a unique, 8-week training program designed for people who are new to the HVAC industry. Whether you have zero experience or a little, we focus your learning on the essentials and get you up to speed fast. You’ll spend 70% of your time learning by doing – gaining real-world experience while building technical skills in the field & live lab. In addition, we provide top-tier communication training so you can deliver excellent customer service from day one.
