Role and Responsibilities
· Attend service calls as assigned by service advisor
· Diagnose, troubleshoot issue specified in service request
· Discuss issue and solution with both site manager and dispatch
· Complete work order and send, along with pictures, to dispatch immediately after job completion; and any expense receipts
· Perform any temporary repairs, when possible
Qualifications and Job Requirements
· Basic GED completion or high school diploma
· Experience with minor plumbing (drain cleaning, faucet leaks, etc.)
· Minor electrical (outlet replacement, troubleshooting, etc.)
· Various handyman skills (wall repairs, flooring, storefront doors/grilles (Overhead door and loading dock experience is highly valued), locks, etc.
· Basic knowledge of hand tools
· Clean driving record (must provide a copy from State of residence)
· Must be able to pass drug testing upon hire, and random testing going forward.
· Must have a dependable smart phone, for usage of apps and taking site pics

Additional Notes
Individual will be required to cover approximately a 4+ hour radius from their home city.
There will be a 3-month probationary period during which, the individual will be required to use their own reliable transportation and tools. Fuel will be reimbursed upon submission of receipt. Mileage to be recorded in company provided logbook. Upon completion of probationary period, individual will be provided with a company vehicle, tools and PPE.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
