Responsibilities:
- Run leads generated by technicians or marketing, consistently closing deals and hitting KPIs
- Conduct comfort surveys and in-home presentations following our proven system
- Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commission sales, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
