We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll set strategic goals, oversee financial and operational performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead franchise operations to achieve revenue and profit targets

Manage budgets, sales, and overall business performance

Build and maintain vendor partnerships for pricing and service agreements

Oversee dispatching and technician workload distribution for efficiency

Drive customer satisfaction with same-day resolution of service issues

Recruit, coach, and develop staff to build a motivated, cohesive team

Ensure accurate job costing, strong project management, and strict safety compliance
What We’re Looking For

8+ years of HVAC experience, including at least 5 years in management

Proven ability to exceed revenue and growth goals

Strong knowledge of P&L management, job costing, and business regulations

Track record of building, motivating, and leading successful teams

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Arizona HVAC License (CR-39 or CR-79)
-
EPA 608 and NATE certifications
