Job Title: Master Technician & Future Operations Manager – HVAC
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $80-$130K/YR plus commission and bonuses
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled HVAC Master Technician who’s ready to do more than just turn a wrench. In this role, you’ll not only put your technical expertise to work in the field, but also play a key part in managing our HVAC operations, mentoring our tech team, and building strong relationships with our customers. This is a growth-focused position, with a clear path toward stepping into a leadership and management role as our business expands.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver top-notch HVAC service, repairs, and installations as a licensed Master Technician.

Oversee daily HVAC operations and ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Mentor and train junior technicians, helping them sharpen their skills and grow professionally.

Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with ownership to help shape business processes and drive long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Current Texas HVAC Master License (must know expiration date and be current with continuing education).

Strong technical expertise in heating and air conditioning systems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
