Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both residential and commercial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with power tools and low-voltage systems. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings, read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize various tools, including ohmmeters, power tools, and logic controllers for installation and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) during all work performed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or hazards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
- Manage your own job and crew proficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician in both residential and commercial environments is essential, and pay will be based on your knowledge and performance.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is required.
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems and logic controllers is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the NEC standards and regulations.
- Experience using various power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Proficiency in organizing and running a crew.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
