Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field and office activities.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, repairs, and maintenance projects for commercial and industrial clients.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower requirements to ensure efficiency.
- Support job costing, work order tracking, and invoicing processes.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding job status, timelines, and follow-up service needs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry codes.
- Assist with procurement of materials, parts, and equipment.
- Resolve on-site and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Facility and fleet management.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of management or operations experience in mechanical, contracting or industrial fields; boiler industry experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with work order management software and scheduling tools (MS Office Suite).
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, boilers, and related equipment preferred.
- Comfortable with speaking / dealing with customers
