Position Summary:
Advance is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License and have experience working with PLC programming and access control systems. This position requires flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work a variable Monday to Friday shift.

Pay: $42.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible/Variable Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial and industrial settings.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain access control systems and related security infrastructure.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Proven experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with access control systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible or variable schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
