We’re looking for a Lead Commercial Locksmith Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge. In this hands-on, technical leadership role, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering top-notch service to our commercial clients while helping shape the future of our team.
What You'll Be Doing:

Respond quickly and professionally to emergency service requests from commercial clients

Install, maintain, and repair commercial lock hardware and access control systems

Re-key, pin, and troubleshoot locks, master key systems, and more
-
Work on safe, video surveillance, and door installation projects (experience here is a BIG plus!)

Cut keys by code and perform precision work with confidence and accuracy

Assist with operations support and work closely with management on various projects

Deliver outstanding customer service while solving technical problems efficiently
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in locksmithing, access control, or related technical trades

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and time management skills

Comfortable working on ladders, with tools, and in all weather conditions

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
