What You’ll Do

Lead and support plumbing and water heater installation teams

Hire, train, and mentor technicians

Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards

Maintain and strengthen relationships with business partners

Expand market presence throughout NC, SC, and VA

Step in to assist with installations when needed
What You Bring

Active NC Plumbing License (required)

Leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to travel throughout NC, SC, and VA

Valid driver’s license and clean record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
