Beyond Energy Services & Technology (BEST) is looking for a dynamic HSE Advisor to join our U.S. operations. As a key leader in operational safety across our MPD service locations, you will ensure compliance with U.S. HSE legislation, internal standards and client requirements. Acting as both a field leader and a strategic partner, you will help teams implement safe work practices, manage incidents and enhance HSE performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational HSE across MPD activities, ensuring safe, compliant execution.
 - Conduct internal audits and verify readiness for client, regulatory, and third-party inspections (OSHA, ISO 45001).
 - Manage incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
 - Oversee compliance during high-risk projects and coordinate modified work programmes.
 - Support development and rollout of HSE improvement initiatives.
 - Engage with clients and operations teams to maintain alignment with HSE expectations.
 - Provide guidance, training, and coaching to field teams on safe practices and legislative updates.

The Person
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive HSE experience in oil and gas; MPD experience is an advantage.
 - Strong knowledge of U.S. HSE regulations (OSHA, EPA) and industry best practices.
 - Skilled in audits, inspections, and contractor compliance.
 - Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
 - Organised, analytical, and able to work independently.
 - Current certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, H2S Safety, Standard First Aid and CPR/AED.
 - Valid U.S. driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 25% to field and remote sites.
