HVAC Senior BAS Engineer - Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Key Responsibilities
- 
Design, service, and implement BAS systems.
 - 
Configure and troubleshoot BAS components, IP, and RS-485 networks.
 - 
Verify I/O for seamless system performance.
 - 
Mentor BAS team and ensure quality craftsmanship.
 - 
Maintain accurate project updates and reports.
 - 
Adhere to safety standards.
 
Qualifications
- 
5+ years of BAS/HVAC experience.
 - 
Associate’s degree or equivalent training.
 - 
Expertise in Tridium Niagara, Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder, or Johnson Controls CCT/PCT.
 - 
Proficient in Lonworks, BACnet, and IP network troubleshooting.
 - 
Strong HVAC system knowledge (boilers, chillers, etc.).
 - 
Ability to read mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.
 - 
Skilled in Microsoft Office with strong problem-solving abilities.
 - 
Leadership, communication, and team-oriented mindset.
 - 
Valid driver’s license (3+ years); pass background check/drug test.
 - 
Basic hand tools; available for overtime/weekends.
 
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- 
Lift 50+ lbs; maneuver heavy equipment.
 - 
Work on ladders, at heights, or in confined/extreme climates.
