Key Responsibilities
- 
Identify and qualify new customers through disciplined prospecting and networking.
 - 
Conduct sales calls to address facility directors’ HVAC challenges and propose solutions.
 - 
Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements with digital and sustainable offerings.
 - 
Finalize proposals, resolve client issues, and maintain service agreements.
 - 
Use Build Ops to track progress and develop territory marketing plans.
 - 
Deliver exceptional customer service and stay current on HVAC trends.
 
Qualifications
- 
2–3 years in progressive sales roles; plumbing sales experience a plus.
 - 
Knowledge of HVAC systems and sales methodologies.
 - 
Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - 
Ability to work in field environments at multiple customer sites daily.
 - 
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate varied work environments.
