Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and installations while adhering to local codes and safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers: clearly explain system issues, recommend effective solutions, and present upgrade opportunities when appropriate.
- Document all work accurately using company tools and drive a provided vehicle to job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold high standards of professionalism in customers' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Verifiable $750K+/year revenue
- Active EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Must pass drug screen (we maintain a strict drug-free policy for safety and compliance).
- Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
