Operations Manager

We're seeking a strategic Operations Manager for our expanding residential home services operations in Atlanta, GA (on-site, full-time). Reporting to senior leadership, you'll blend hands-on team oversight with high-level execution across HVAC, chimney, insulation, and indoor air quality services. Drive KPIs, optimize workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver 4.9-star customer experiences while scaling to 10,000+ annual jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dispatch, CSR, sales, field tech, and admin teams: manage schedules, routing, onboarding, training, and weekly 1-on-1s to ensure accountability and performance
 - Achieve core KPIs: 60%+ booking rates (PPC/LSA/organic), <15% cancel/reschedule, 25% net margins, $10K+ weekly revenue per tech; conduct daily audits and weekly reports
 - Develop/optimize SOPs, workflows, and tools (Workiz, ServiceTitan, Asana, QuickBooks, GHL); resolve escalations (<$100), guide high-ticket sales, and enforce quality/safety protocols
 - Drive strategic growth: launch market expansions, service verticals (e.g., insulation/chimney), budgeting, and resource allocation for efficiency and profitability
 - Foster culture of urgency, ownership, and customer focus; mentor leaders, monitor budgets, and report EOD/weekly insights via Looker Studio/Google Sheets
 
Requirements
- 5+ years operational leadership in home services/HVAC/construction (3+ in supervisory roles)
 - Proven track record scaling teams, hitting KPIs, and building systems for accountability/profitability
 - Strong financial acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in Workiz, ServiceTitan, Asana, CRM tools
 - Passion for data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and team development
 
Compensation & Benefits $60,000–$75,000 base + bonuses for performance-driven rewards.
