As an Electrician Lead you will:

Install, maintain, and repair new electrical systems and wiring for tunnel wash equipment and controls
Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper storage of tools, materials, and electrical components
Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements, layouts, and materials needed for installations or repairs
Repair and upgrade existing electrical systems to improve reliability, performance, and compliance with electrical codes
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and car wash equipment to prevent unexpected failures
Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and equipment installations
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to apprentice electricians
Review and verify apprentice work to ensure compliance with company standards and electrical codes

What we’re looking for in you:

Journeyman or Master Electrician License
3-5 years experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with control systems such as DRB, Sonny’s, etc. preferred
Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentor role
Ability to travel with overnight stay
