This position is 100% technical—no pressure to sell anything. Your focus is making sure our heat pumps run flawlessly and that customers feel confident in the systems we install.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose and troubleshoot heat pump and related HVAC system issues with confidence and accuracy.

Perform on-site walkthroughs on complex or high-priority installations to ensure everything is set up and operating at peak performance.

Deliver clear, detailed technical insights to installation crews, project managers, and engineering teams.

Verify system airflow, refrigerant charge, and overall functionality; complete field reports that help us continuously improve.

Support training by flagging recurring issues and sharing best practices with the team.

Work closely with internal teams to make sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Maintain clean, accurate documentation and uphold exceptional safety and quality standards.

Expect some overtime during peak heating/cooling seasons.
What You Bring

3+ years hands-on HVAC or heat pump experience.

Strong understanding of heat pump systems, controls, and commissioning.

Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

EPA Type II or Universal certification.

Clear communication skills and reliable documentation habits.
