The Role

As our Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our product flow running smoothly. You’ll support inbound shipments, update stock information and work closely with teams across the business to make sure everything arrives when it should and is ready to sell.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and likes being the steady hand behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics
- Keep our Shipment Tracker updated with incoming shipment details and ETAs.
- Work with vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders to arrange pick-ups and deliveries.
- Prepare import documentation using the CARM portal or with our broker.
Stock Code Management
- Support buyers with stock code creation and data entry.
- Reconcile vendor pricing with internal systems.
- Update pricing and prepare sales pricing.
Receiving
- Work with the warehouse team to receive counted product into our system.
- Liaise with vendors and carriers on discrepancies or damaged shipments.
- Create claims and prepare damaged stock for alternative sale routes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Finance to confirm or dispute procurement invoice discrepancies.
- Share key updates with relevant teams, including adjusted timelines, priority stock codes, and upcoming invoices.
