Location: San Diego CA (candidates within 35 mile radius strongly preferred) Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: 100 percent commission structure with a guaranteed minimum of $5833 per month (annualized at $70000) plus uncapped commissions (4 percent on personally sold jobs 1 percent override on technician produced revenue) and substantial performance bonuses linked to KPIs revenue goals and team development

Position Overview In this senior in home sales leadership role you will conduct thorough comfort evaluations present tailored premium solutions close high ticket deals at volume and mentor the team to elevate overall performance. Expect to work primarily with pre qualified warm leads targeting an average of 2 system closes per day in a consultative environment built on trust integrity and world class service.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed in home HVAC inspections including attics crawl spaces and existing equipment to identify comfort air quality and efficiency opportunities.
- Deliver compelling customized proposals that include energy saving upgrades and flexible financing options to address objections and secure commitments.
- Manage your sales pipeline through CRM and digital platforms to consistently achieve daily weekly and monthly production goals from warm leads.
- Train coach and develop team members on consultative ethical high ticket sales techniques and best practices to drive collective improvement.
- Build lasting customer relationships through responsive communication timely follow ups and seamless coordination with installation teams.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure smooth project handoffs superior installation experiences and strong post sale satisfaction.
- Monitor personal and team performance metrics forecasts and key indicators to optimize revenue and implement continuous enhancements.
- Maintain rapid response standards including same day lead contact and 24 hour feedback turnaround.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of successful HVAC in home sales experience from a reputable top tier residential home services company with a track record of consistently closing high value deals.
- Deep knowledge of residential HVAC systems ductwork indoor air quality solutions and consumer financing programs (or demonstrated ability to master these quickly).
- Proven leadership mentoring and training others in ethical consultative sales methods with a warm personable approach.
- Exceptional verbal communication negotiation objection handling and time management abilities combined with strong self motivation.
- Comfortable and confident conducting needs based sales presentations in customers homes for transactions typically $5000 and above.
- Prior experience using CRM systems digital tools and sales tracking software preferred.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record required.
- High school diploma or GED minimum; college degree or advanced training a plus.
