Onsite Supervisor (Working Supervisor) – Roofing Tucson, Arizona
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Annually | Health Insurance | PTO | 6 paid holidays

What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate roofing crews on shingle, tile, flat, and other residential/light commercial projects
- Actively work alongside the team—tearing off, installing, flashing, and finishing as needed
- Ensure every job meets high safety, quality, and timeline standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and builders—building trust and handling questions professionally
- Perform site inspections, job walk-throughs, and quality checks
- Coordinate materials, equipment, crew schedules, and daily logistics
- Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and keep clients informed and satisfied
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential focus preferred)
- Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat, coatings, etc.)
- Comfortable on roofs and physically able to perform the work
- Professional demeanor for client interactions—clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Spanish speaking is a strong advantage (but not required)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to represent with integrity
