Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 per year (based on experience)
Bonus structure available
Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily company operations, including sales management and project management. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, accountability, and company culture. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Owner and will be the primary leader driving execution, communication, and operational success.
This is a high-responsibility role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and takes pride in leadership and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily company operations across sales and project management
- Oversee and optimize workflows to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage and track inventory accurately; maintain organized inventory systems
- Utilize CRM software (Fence Flow) to manage leads, projects, and customer data
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Set, maintain, and enforce company culture, standards, and expectations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and ownership
- Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and adaptability
- Report directly and exclusively to the Owner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly in a growing and changing environment
- Experience using CRM systems (Fence Flow experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
