Plumber / Water Heater / Fixture Change-Out Technician
Location: Greenville, SC (and surrounding areas)
Schedule: Monday – Friday ( No emergency on-call work! / Weekend work optional)
Compensation:
● Base salary: $1,000 per week ($52,000 annually)
● Plus Exceptional weekly bonus program – earn significant additional income based
on performance, jobs completed, and customer satisfaction

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber / Water Heater Technician to join our growing
multi state team. This is a residential service position focused on quality installations, repairs,
and replacements – with no on-call or after-hours emergencies to disrupt your work-life
balance. All projects are pre-sold prior to installation. Area of coverage is Greenville and
surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and replace water heaters (tankless, traditional, hybrid models)
● Perform fixture change-outs (faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals,)
● Conduct inspections and ensure work meets local codes and safety standards
● Provide excellent customer service, explain services clearly, and maintain a clean,
professional work area
● Complete job documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and
management
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a plumber, water heater technician, or in fixture
installation/change-out work
● Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and common repairs
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
● Ability to pass background check, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (MVR
required), and 21 years of age or older.
● Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
● Plumbing experience preferred (or willingness to obtain with company support)
● Own basic hand tools
