Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Job Responsibilities:
Provide clients with maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Provide thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicates findings and recommendations to the client. Assist in the completion of all required documentation on services. Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried. Recommend system replacements to clients and liaise with the sales team for leads. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities working with HVAC products including but not limited to:
· Air Conditioners
· Heat pumps
· Water heaters
Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.
Requirements:
EPA Certified required or currently pursuing.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum three years field experience required.
Must have experience with troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
A valid driver’s license and approval to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret manuals.
Function well in a team environment.
Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.
Must Share in on call rotation.
Nice to have:
MA and/or NH Oil burner license (or desire to obtain licensing)
