Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Crew Member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on residential, commercial, or municipal concrete projects, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors with a crew, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assist with setup of concrete forms and layouts
Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete
Operate hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team
Help with cleanup and equipment maintenance

Requirements

Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
Previous experience in asphalt or construction preferred (but not required).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be punctual and dependable
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
