Residential Sales & Design Manager- $65-80k to start, and would then be subsidized with commission-Baton Rouge, LA
We are opening a new residential showroom in Baton Rouge and are looking for a motivated professional ready to grow quickly with a company that is expanding into a new division.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, design, or construction who is looking for long-term opportunity, ownership, and career advancement.
Position Overview
You will lead the front-end showroom experience, working with homeowners, builders, and designers on product selection and project planning. In the early stages, this role will focus on building relationships, establishing processes, and developing a strong sales pipeline.
This is a salaried position during the launch phase, before sales ramp up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom experience and customer relationships
- Guide clients through product selection and design decisions
- Build and grow a pipeline of residential sales opportunities
- Help establish showroom processes and overall flow
- Partner with internal teams to execute projects successfully
