Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installation projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure high-quality installs while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of residential HVAC systems and ductwork
- Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Prepare and protect job sites; maintain clean, organized work areas
- Supervise helpers and coordinate with team members and subcontractors
- Complete job documentation (invoices, warranties, timesheets)
- Pick up materials and operate company vehicles safely
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of Lead HVAC Installer experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean MVR
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, and code compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
