Job Title: Home Services Manager (HVAC / Residential Services)
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $120,000 Base Salary plus performance based bonuses
The Opportunity Are you a "Talent Magnet" who knows how to build a destination shop? Our client in North Austin is looking for a Home Services Manager to lead their retail and replacement division. This role is perfect for a leader who lives by the mantra: "Take care of the techs, and the techs will take care of the customers." You will manage the entire retail group, from service technicians to sales leadership, focusing on high growth and exceptional service.
What You Will Do

Drive a "lead from the front" culture, ensuring team safety and high morale.

Implement technical and soft skills training to ensure every homeowner receives premium service.

Oversee the transition of out of warranty customers into long term retail clients.

Partner with marketing teams to optimize lead flow and lead to sale conversion.

Maintain top tier appearance standards for the fleet and field staff.
What We Are Looking For

A visionary communicator who is comfortable in a crawlspace with a tech or in a boardroom with investors.

Deep understanding of seasonality management and capacity mastery.

Advanced software savvy, specifically extracting actionable data from FSM tools.

5+ years of specific experience in Residential HVAC Home Services leadership.
