The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role frequently involves regional travel and requires working both independently and as part of a small team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Strong customer service skills are essential to effectively address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot system issues to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service during service calls
- Work independently or in small teams of 2-3 technicians
- Travel regionally for service assignments as required
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
