Job Duties:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
- Ability to service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and homeowner education
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Accurate documentation of service calls, recommendations, and completed work using mobile or written tools
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to work on HVAC units.
- Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
