Job Title: Commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaning Lead Technician

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Shift: Night shift, Overnight shift (Sunday – Thursday)
Job Summary:
Sign-On Bonus Offered! We are looking for a Hood Cleaning Lead Technician to join an expanding commercial service team. We provide paid on-the-job training—no prior hood cleaning experience required, though mechanical, pressure washing, janitorial, or trade helper experience is a huge plus!
Core Responsibilities:
- Set up plastic containment, ladders, chemical solutions, and pressure washing hoses.
- Scrape grease buildup from exhaust hoods, fans, and ductwork systems.
- Use pressure washing equipment to clean kitchen exhaust systems down to bare metal.
- Complete final cleanup of kitchen areas, wiping down equipment and mopping floors.
- Take digital before-and-after photos for customer records.
- Drive company trucks and pull equipment trailers safely.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (ability to drive company truck & pull trailer).
- Availability to work overnight shifts (Sunday night through Thursday night).
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight/greasy spaces.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
- Strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and solid work ethic.
