Key Responsibilities

The Person
You will need:
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- At least three years managing supervisors and production personnel.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, environmental compliance and quality systems.
- Evidence of improving safety, quality, productivity and operational results.
- Experience in continuous or process manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- US citizenship or Green Card status.
