Ag Millwright
Location: Ainsworth, NE
Compensation: $26-$30/hr DOE

We’re looking for an experienced Ag Millwright with a strong background servicing, repairing, and installing agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems.
If you’ve worked hands-on with grain bins, dryers, conveyors, augers, elevators, or similar farm and material-handling equipment, we want to hear from you. This is a field-focused position for someone who knows how to troubleshoot mechanical problems, make repairs, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install agricultural and grain-handling equipment
- Work on grain bins, dryers, conveyors, augers, elevators, and related systems
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete field repairs
- Perform equipment installation, alignment, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
- Read blueprints, equipment manuals, schematics, and job specifications
- Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and field modifications as needed
- Operate lifts, telehandlers, skid steers, rigging equipment, and jobsite tools
- Work safely at heights and around heavy agricultural equipment
- Travel up to 60% to customer and project sites
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of agricultural equipment service, millwright, grain-handling, or related mechanical experience
- Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural equipment strongly preferred
- Experience with grain dryers, conveyors, augers, grain bins, elevators, or material-handling systems preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Welding, fabrication, rigging, and structural steel experience is a plus
- Valid CDL required
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding environments
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% and work overtime as needed
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently in the field
