Are you an experienced glazier who knows the trade, takes pride in high-quality work, and is ready to move into a leadership role?
We’re looking for a Lead Glazier to join a growing Orange County glass company specializing in high-end residential installations with plans to expand further into commercial glazing.
Already have your California C-17 License? Great.
Don’t have it yet? That doesn’t automatically rule you out.
For the right experienced glazier, the company is willing to invest in helping you work toward obtaining your C-17 Glazing Contractor License. If you have the field experience, leadership ability, and motivation to grow, they want to talk with you.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Frameless shower enclosures
- Custom mirrors
- Glass railings
- Interior glass partitions
- High-end residential glass projects
- Select light commercial projects as the company grows
No window or door installation.
What They’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on glazing experience
- Experience leading installations or crews
- High-end/custom residential glass experience
- Strong measuring, layout, and installation skills
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
- Professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and designers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- C-17 License preferred — or the experience and drive to earn it
