We’re looking for an experienced Mailing & Print Production Operator to join a busy production team in Plymouth. If you have experience operating mailing or print production equipment, enjoy hands-on work, and know how important accuracy and deadlines are, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Operate mailing and production equipment, including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related equipment
- Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment throughout production runs
- Process high-volume mailing and print projects accurately and efficiently
- Verify addresses, postage, sorting, and job specifications
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Work with print, fulfillment, shipping, and production teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain USPS requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of mailing, print production, fulfillment, or related machine operation experience
- Hands-on experience operating mailing, inserting, sorting, postage, or similar production equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
