Position Summary
The Retail Event Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to-face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage customers to generate and qualify leads
· Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness
· Capture accurate customer information and set appointments
· Represent the brand at retail stores and events
· Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays
· Maintain a professional, branded presence
· Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging
· Provide excellent customer experiences
· Accurately document leads and track daily performance
· Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards
· Effectively communicate with the Field Marketing Manager
· Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location coverage requirements

Travel Requirements
· Local travel within assigned territory
· Reliable transportation to work assigned schedules within the field market territory
Compensation
· Hourly base pay of $18-$20, based on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure
