We're looking for experienced industrial TIG welders to join a team that installs and maintains critical electrical infrastructure at power plants and industrial facilities across the country. What You'll Be Doing
- TIG weld aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel
- Perform horizontal and vertical aluminum pipe welding
- Read blueprints, weld procedures, and technical drawings
- Install, inspect, and repair equipment in industrial and power generation facilities
- Learn specialized electrical bus duct installation through a paid apprenticeship
- Travel approximately 60% throughout the U.S.
- Work safely in power plants and other critical industrial environments
Compensation & Benefits
- $27.00/hour during paid training (non-union)
- $35.10/hour after successful completion of training and union affiliation
- Daily per diem while traveling

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of TIG welding experience
- Experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel
- Industrial fabrication or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable traveling and working at heights
- Valid Driver's License
- Real ID or Passport
- OSHA 10 Certification
