Absolute Services LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Columbia, SC area. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and capable of diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems without constant supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues
- Communicate repair options clearly with customers
- Complete service tickets, photos, and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable HVAC field experience
- Must provide valid references from previous HVAC companies
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Must be dependable and show up on time
