Key Responsibilities
Commercial HVAC Service & Technical Leadership
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and operational checks.
- Identify electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and controls-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective action.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial HVAC service experience with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or providing technical direction to other technicians.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and controls.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage service priorities effectively.
- Clear communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous lead technician, service supervisor, or similar field leadership experience.
- EPA Section 608 certification.
