We're looking for a Kia Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Niles, MI. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, helping coordinate repairs, communicate service recommendations, and deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to checkout.
What You'll Do
● Greet customers and check in vehicles for service appointments. ● Evaluate customer concerns and advise them on recommended vehicle services, repairs, and associated pricing. ● Communicate directly with technicians to coordinate repair information, service recommendations, and estimates. ● Explain repair needs and costs clearly to customers and answer questions throughout the service process. ● Prepare and submit warranty claims for qualifying repairs. ● Process customer payments and complete checkout transactions. ● Maintain clear communication with customers and the service department to help ensure a smooth service experience.
