HVAC Controls Technician – Cedarville, OH

Join a mission-driven university facilities team and take the lead on HVAC controls and building automation systems across a large, modern campus.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain BAS/HVAC controls
Diagnose BACnet and LonWorks communication issues
Work with Niagara AX and Niagara N4 systems
Replace and commission controllers, sensors, actuators, VFD interfaces, and related devices
Make programming adjustments to existing control sequences
Support AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAVs, and exhaust systems
Assist with equipment startups, system integration, and optimization
Respond to alarms, comfort issues, and controls-related service needs

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of HVAC controls/BAS experience
Working knowledge of BACnet and LonWorks
Experience with Niagara AX/N4
Strong electrical, controls, and network troubleshooting skills
Ability to read control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation
Associate degree in HVAC, Building Automation, Electronics, Industrial Controls, or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license

Preferred

Niagara certification, Tridium experience, BAS/IP networking knowledge, and experience in large commercial, healthcare, higher education, or institutional facilities.
