As the Qualifier, you will:

Serve as the company's designated Plumbing Qualifier.
Maintain all licensing requirements in good standing.
Ensure compliance with Missouri and local plumbing regulations.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to plumbing technicians.
Review and support complex plumbing installations and repairs.
Assist with quality control and code compliance.
Mentor field personnel and help develop technical talent.
Support the implementation of operational processes and safety standards.
Work closely with leadership to help grow the plumbing division.
