We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team and help drive the transition to clean energy. Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial solar projects
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Work with project managers and other team members to complete installations on schedule
Perform troubleshooting and system testing to ensure optimal performance
Train and mentor apprentices as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Experience in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
Solar experience preferred but not required – training provided
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
