About the Role
We’re looking for a Master Electrician to join our growing team and take the lead on a wide range of residential projects in Dallas. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, showcase your expertise, and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial job sites.
Lead and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues quickly and effectively.
Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Review blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide input on project planning, estimating, and scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

Valid Master Electrician License (Texas) – required.
5+ years of professional experience as a licensed electrician.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
