It's your time to level up! You're already running calls and carrying the crew for someone else. You know how the shop should run. Nobody is asking you.

We are! We value your years of professionalism and the time you invested in yourself to become a leader in this industry. We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Sandy, Murray, and the surrounding area. We're building the team from the ground up, backed by the systems, training, and national brand of One Hour. The professionals who join now set the standard.

This is a working Sr. Service Tech / Manager role. As the working lead you run calls, you lead the technicians, and you work directly with the owner on how the business grows. Prove you can lead, and the Service Manager, Operations Manager seat is the next step as ownership moves to owner-level responsibilities.

Why This Role Is Different

A real seat at the table. You work with the owner on pricing, memberships, hiring, and workflow. Your voice shapes how we run.
A defined path to Service Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager. Big shops can pay more base. They can't offer you the chance to run the business.
New shop, national brand, no legacy politics.
Take-home van, phone, tablet, uniforms. Owner who answers the phone.
