I am Renz Kenneth B. Santos, and I am excited to apply for the Reverse Recruiter position with your company. I bring over 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment in a fully remote environment, with recent specialization in recruiting for high-end residential builders and remodeling construction firms across the East Coast and West Coast of the United States.
In my current role as Head of Recruitment for an executive search firm serving luxury construction companies, I lead and manage recruitment operations focused on sourcing highly skilled professionals such as project managers, estimators, superintendents, and other key roles within the construction industry. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the construction hiring landscape, trade-specific roles, and the talent expectations of high-end builders and remodeling contractors.
Beyond recruitment, I also oversee team management, hiring strategy, operational coordination, data analysis, compensation processes, and contractor onboarding. I have extensive experience working with American, Australian, and British clients, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and an understanding of international work standards.
