As a Operations Manager I conduct all initial interviews and on boarding process for new hires. Train and certify everyone on proper climbing techniques as well as heavy equipment we use on jobsites. Once a week I do a toolbox talk and go over important subjects to ensure a safe work environment. Lastly not only do I distribute all work orders, I also am on every jobsite helping install / repair all of our signs.

My name is Taylor Buckholtz and I am currently an Operations Manager at SignAd Outdoor. I enjoy having a relaxed and straight forward style of management with my department. Cool calm and collected is what I strive for in every situation, especially when dealing with difficult customers. This has helped me grow a great relationship with my coworkers because they know that I am reliable and I mean what I say regardless if it is a positive or negative counseling. An achievement I am most proud of is starting the safety program from the ground up, this was not only challenging but having to sway a whole company on how safely do their job isn't always a smooth conversation. So looking back I am grateful for the difficult conversations that have helped me grow as a manager.
