We are recruiting a Call Center Manager to join our client's team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints and overcome objections
- Manage high call volume for multiple company locations
- Provide information about all products and services offered by the company
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions - Experience with Service Titan a Plus!
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask - remain calm under pressure
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Supervision / management experience critical as the team grows!
